How booking works

You compare local rental businesses, send a request, then pick up the vehicle and pay there.

  1. Step 1

    Find a rental

    Browse by category or search a town. Open a listing for the price, the unit (day, half day, hour or week), the deposit and the licence rule. Compare a few if you want.

  2. Step 2

    Send a request

    Pick dates and extras, then send a booking request. The business has 24 hours to answer. If the listing has Instant book, the dates lock as soon as the request goes through. A booking is a request until the business confirms, unless Instant book is on.

  3. Step 3

    Pick up and pay

    Pay at pickup unless the listing says otherwise. Bring the licence the listing asks for. The business holds any security deposit. Cancellation follows the policy on the listing: flexible until 24 hours before start, moderate until 48 hours, strict until 7 days.
